Cyfluent EHR v3.2 Earns
ONC Health IT Certification from Drummond Group

August 13, 2019 – Cyfluent EHR v3.2 has achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-Health IT) 2015 Edition Health IT certification via Drummond Group LLC, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB).  The stamp of approval designates the software delivers the required functionality in support of enabling eligible providers and hospitals to meet the requirements of various regulatory programs that involve the use of certified electronic health records (EHR) technology.

To earn the certification, Cyfluent EHR was tested to be in accordance with applicable standards and certification criteria put forth by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). 

With more than 20 years of testing experience across various industries, Drummond brings a high level of technical expertise to this process. Since becoming an ONC-ACB in 2010, Drummond has conducted more than 3,000 health IT tests and certifications.

RE: §170.315(b)(10) Electronic Health Information export

We attest to the following:

A user of the Product can perform an electronic health information (EHI) export for a single patient at any time the user chooses without developer assistance and that the export file(s):

  • Is created in a timely fashion;

  • Includes all the EHI for a single patient as described in § 170.315(b)(10)(i)(A);

  • Is electronic and in a computable format; and

  • Includes a publicly accessible hyperlink of the export’s format.

The Product can limit users who perform an EHI export using one of the following methods:

  • Grant a set of users the ability to perform the export; or

  • Grant system administrator(s) the ability to perform the export

A user of the Product can obtain an EHI export for all electronic health information, and that the export:

  • Includes all the EHI for a patient population as described in § 170.315(b)(10)(ii);

  • Is electronic and in a computable format; and

  • Includes a publicly accessible hyperlink of the export’s format.

We, as a developer, have a process for keeping the export format(s) used to support paragraphs (b)(10)(i) and (ii) of this section up to date.
