The system can schedule for multiple providers in multiple locations with the ease of one button. It can further schedule for entire treatment programs with benchmarks and decision points. Patient automated messaging through text or email can further be integrated with the schedule, and business rules for practice alerts can further be added to the schedule.

The clinic resource tracking capability in Cyfluent can further be for supply chain and inventory management. Typical medical resources that can be managed within the clinic includes Pharmaceuticals, Medical Supplies, Medical Equipment, Medical Gases, Biohazardous Materials. An RFID and / or barcode reader can be integrated with the system for large inventories. Inventory usage patterns can be associated with treatment patterns. Inventory alerts can be entered as business rules and the medical billing module can be configured to handle purchasing.
