Our Services

Cyfluent is a lightweight cloud native HIPAA and Privacy Act compliant Software as a Service (SaaS) health services platform with several developed services aligned with the needs of federal, state, and commercial organizations. Our system is deployed on the Azure FedRAMP cloud and has a current federally approved Authority to Operate (ATO) based on the NIST SP-800-37 Risk Management Framework.


Cyfluent is further accredited by Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) for successfully meeting the necessary criteria for the Health Network Accreditation Program (HNAP) and Electronic Health Network (EHN). Our modular architecture and user interface design permits rapid component configurations and modifications to meet specific mission requirements/user needs.

Cyfluent is developed, operated, and owned by Planned Systems International (PSI), a leading provider of mission focused national security, health IT, clinical, training and environmental services to the U.S. Federal Government. It is currently being used by 150+ health clinics across the U.S. and is the system of record for the Health Resources and Searches Administration (HRSA) - National Hansen's Disease (Leprosy) Program.

Health Services Management System

The modular webservices constructure for Cyfluent makes it the ideal light weight cloud platform for addressing unique health service requirements with federal, state, and/or commercial organizations. In most cases, unique health workflows can be configured within a matter of one to four weeks by our customer support teams. Our teams follow a very discipled process of capturing requirements from the customer community through engagement sessions. We deeply research the mission, history, organization, policies, and culture of each customer community to understand the context of each requirement. We then advance requirements to SaaS concepts, workflows, functionalities, metrics, and operations. With frequent customer reviews, the new SaaS capabilities are rolled out through an Agile process. We coordinate each release with customer training and increased helpdesk support.
